Arizona’s Instrument to Measure Standards (AIMS) is a standards-based assessment developed by Arizona teachers and owned by Arizona. AIMS measures student proficiency of the Arizona Academic Content Standards in Writing, Reading, Mathematics, and Science. This assessment is required by state and federal law.

Stanford 10 is a norm-referenced assessment developed by Pearson and administered to 2nd and 9th graders. This test measures student national percentile ranking in Reading, Language Arts, and Mathematics. This assessment is required by state law.
